Abra's Recruiting Software is designed to coincide with your existing recruiting practices and help you automate the process. The Recruiting Software will facilitate and automate everything from performing applicant searches through to routing that applicant and application through the hiring process. The Recruiting Software can adapt to your policies and procedures and give you the reporting capability to analyze which method of recruitment is working effectively, how many applicants you have per position, how many open requisitions you have, etc. The Recruiting Software comes with many standard reports but as with any of our Abra Suite Modules, each seat of software includes a seat of Crystal reports allowing you to create any ad hoc report you need to from the data contained in the Recruiting Software module.
