Fees Are Going Up, Service Going Down
In my 15 plus years in the small to mid-sized market of HRMS and Payroll Processing, the one aspect I find incredibly difficult to comprehend is the notion of companies staying with an outsourced payroll provider out of complacency.
Too often, I discover that the customer’s experience is less than ideal, the services are almost nonexistent, and each request results in an additional fee. You’d think this would cause a flood of clients jumping ship – but in reality, most companies just grin, bear it, and stick with their current provider.
I am not sure why this would be the case other than complacency.
